At Youthquaker Vintage, we take great care in curating high-quality vintage clothing and accessories. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we offer limited returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
- You must initiate a return request within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- After the 3-day window, we are unable to accept any return requests.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item:
- Arrives damaged or in a condition different from what was described.
- Has a significant defect not disclosed in the product description.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with any original tags attached.
- Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration after receipt.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at kristy@shopyouthquaker.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item description, and reason for return, along with clear photos of any damage (if applicable).
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, undisclosed damage).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

All items marked as “Final Sale.”
Buying Vintage
The vintage clothing and accessories we sell are 20 years or older, and may show signs of wear and tear typical for their age. Notable flaws will be described in the description and shown in photos.
We will do our best to photograph and describe all vintage items accurately, but we may not be able to describe every minor flaw.
